At ATC Music Merch, we want you to rock your gear with confidence. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
